Job description

Due to substantial growth, there is now an opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Manager – Technical Services

Your main responsibility would be the management of existing customers and also the development of new business by cold calling and following up leads.

Duties can also include;

  • Establishing relationships with existing clients, building rapport and establishing networks.
  • Quoting, tendering & forecasting inspection service and product sales.
  • Working alongside the purchasing team and sourcing out industry suppliers.

You will have the support of a team of experienced internal sales team reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

To be considered you must have;

  • 5 years + Account Management experience ideally in the heavy industrial industry.
  • Knowledge of IT and CRM systems such as Standard ERP.
  • Customer focused, quick thinker and passionate in meeting customer needs.
  • Proven track record in meeting company targets, budgets and KPI’s.

Due to substantial growth, there is now an opportunity to join our dynamic inspection team currently servicing some of Australia’s largest Projects and Companies.

As a Senior Lifting Gear inspector you will;

Key Functions

  • Manufacture of lifting equipment
  • Repair of in-service equipment
  • Inspection and testing of new and in-service equipment.
  • Maintenance of plant and equipment
  • Accurately calculate Working Load Limits and proof loads
  • Safe operation of plant, equipment and vehicles

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Lifting and Rigging Industry preferred
  • Experience with wire rope an advantage
  • Must be customer and safety focussed
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to work unsupervised as wells as a being a team player
  • Must be prepared to work away on sites for short periods
  • MR truck license preferred

Attention to detail, creative, problem solver, being able to work to deadlines, have a positive attitude, excellent written & verbal communications are all essential skills.

Current valid drivers license & pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test is required.
