WHAT IS THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?
The Ranger Referral Program has been designed to help us find new people through the professional and social networks of our team, suppliers, clients, and friends of the business. It helps us fast track the recruitment process and save costs by relying on those we trust to help our business grow.
ELIGIBILITY
The Ranger Referral program is open to anyone excluding members of our Senior Management Team and Company Directors.
For Referral candidates to be considered they must not have previously applied for a role at Ranger for at least 12 months or be currently employed by Ranger in any capacity.
PAYMENT MATRIX
A referral bonus will be paid to any individual who refers an applicant that is successfully employed by Ranger. Payment will be made in the form of a VISA gift card.
Entry Level Referral Amount = $1000.00 AUD
Mid Level Referral Amount = $2000.00 AUD
Senior Level Referral Amount = $3000.00 AUD
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment will be made in two instalments:
1ST PAYMENT: 50% of payment will be paid 4 weeks after referred candidate has started employment at Ranger.
2ND PAYMENT: Remaining 50% of payment to be paid after the employee has been working for the company for six months.
Lifespan of a Referral: If a referred candidate is not hired within 6 months of the date of referral, the referral is considered closed. The referring employee will no longer be eligible to receive the referral award if the candidate is employed in the future.
